The Wheelhouse Veterinary Centre
The scope of works includes full decoration of all internal walls, ceilings, woodwork, and external window frames. Electrical upgrades involve the installation of a new fire alarm system throughout the premises, new emergency lighting, and a new surge protection device (SPD).
Joinery works comprise the fitting of new fire-rated doors, fire-resistant boarding beneath the staircase, and repairs to the external gate. Exterior improvements include redecoration of the soffits. Additionally, six air conditioning units were serviced, with a detailed report provided upon completion.
